1. All Sales Are Final:

All purchases made through www.spymamba.com are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed unless there is a manufacturing defect or an order fulfilment error from our side.

2. Size Exchanges / Change of Mind Returns:

In rare cases where:

• A wrong size is received, or

• The customer wishes to return the product due to size issues or personal preference (change of mind),

Reverse Shipping Fees of ₹120 will be charged.

We may accept the return, subject to approval and stock availability.

Conditions:

• Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery at 📩 contact.spymamba@gmail.com

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

• Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

⚠️ Return Shipping for Size / Change of Mind:

In these cases, the customer will bear the full return shipping charges. (₹120)

3. Manufacturing Defects / Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Email us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the defect

• Brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution, depending on stock availability.

Return Shipping for Defective/Damaged Products:

In case of confirmed manufacturing defects or transit damage, SPYMAMBA™ will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds (If Applicable):

Refunds are only processed if:

• The product becomes out of stock after payment, or

• A verified manufacturing defect cannot be replaced

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Return Shipping Procedure:

Once a return is approved:

 • We will share the return address and instructions via email

 • Customer must use a trackable shipping service

SPYMAMBA™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Integrity of Product:

To be eligible for return/exchange:

• Product must be in original condition

• Unused, unwashed

• Tags and packaging intact

We reserve the right to decline any return that fails quality inspection.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Abuse & Order Integrity:

To protect our artists, operations, and genuine customers:

• Repeated COD order rejections, fake orders, or non-acceptance at delivery will result in:

• Permanent blocking of the customer’s phone number, email ID, and address

• SPYMAMBA™ reserves the right to:

• Convert future orders from such customers to Prepaid Only

• Or cancel orders without prior notice

⚠️ For high-risk pin codes or repeated failed deliveries:

We may disable COD and allow only prepaid orders.

Any attempt to misuse COD services may lead to legal action under applicable Indian laws.
